Do I need to edit code?
No. The app adds a block you drop into your theme from Shopify's theme editor. If you would rather we did it for you, request a free installation from inside the app and our team will place it.
How many of my reviews will it show?
Google's public API returns up to five reviews per business at a time, and which five it returns changes. The app keeps every review it sees, so your collection grows over time. If you connect your Google Business Profile, it shows all of your reviews straight away and lets you reply to them from inside the app.
Will it slow my store down?
No. The widget is under 8 KB and loads without blocking the page. It never calls Google from your storefront — review data is served from our cache, so a busy store costs exactly the same as a quiet one.
Can I choose which reviews are shown?
Yes. Set a minimum star rating, hide reviews with no comment, exclude particular words or names, or hand-pick specific reviews. You can also hide any individual review with one click.
Can I add reviews from somewhere else?
You can add reviews by hand or import a CSV from another review app. They always display with their own label rather than Google's, and they stay out of the rating shown to search engines unless you explicitly choose otherwise — presenting your own testimonials as verified Google reviews would mislead shoppers.
What happens when the trial ends?
The trial runs 7 days and you are not charged until it finishes. Billing is handled entirely by Shopify and appears on your normal Shopify invoice. Cancel any time from your admin.
